What are your delivery charges within the UK?
There is a £3.00 delivery charge for orders under £30. Orders over £30 are delivered free of charge.
What is the processing time on UK orders?
Once an order is placed, there is a 24 hour processing time. After which we do our best to get orders shipped out on the next working day.
When will I receive my order?
Typically most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days.
Will my candles or wax melt be protected in shipping?
We are proud of our products and take great care in shipping them out to you. All our products are completely protected in a secure box in order to reach you in perfect condition.

How do your make your candles?
Our candles are handmade in small batches for the best quality control and indvidual attention.
Which wax do you use?
All our candles are based on either Natural Soy & Coconut Wax or Rapeseed Wax. We never use paraffin wax in any of our products. We work closely with our suppliers and constantly monitor the production process in order to create a quality product.
Can I return a candle?
Returns can be sent up to 14 days after receiving your order. If your candle has been damaged in transit or has a fault please send us a photo or video and drop us an email, we will be happy help with any issues or arrange a replacement. After registering your return you will then receive an e-mail with instructions and your return label.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchange a candle that has been lit, or have torn or damaged packaging while opening. We take special care in the making of our candles to ensure we deliver a high quality and enjoyable product. Items that has been, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. However if for any reason you are unhappy with your unused purchase, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us through the contact form here.
Refunds
Once we have received your item and our team have inspected your return, we will notify you via email and let you know if the refund was approved. Once approved, refunds to your original payment method will be issued. Please allow 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
